Don't sleep on your stomach, and don't even sleep on your side. Sleeping with your face smooshed might mess up the healing process after you get your microblading done. Use an airline neck pillow to force yourself to sleep on your back.

What lasts longer microblading or ombre brows?

On average, microblading lasts up to one and ombre brows can last for up to two years, although this can vary based skin type, skincare routine, etc. Those with oily skin may find that microblading fades much quicker on them, so may want to consider the ombre powder brow route.

Who should avoid ombre brows?

Who is not a good candidate for ombre brows?

You can not receive Ombre Shading if you are: Pregnant or nursing. Under 18 years old. Are currently using Accutane or have used Accutane within the past year.

Do you still have to pluck after ombre brows?

To maintain the effects of this cosmetic treatment, we will ask you to temporarily stop plucking or threading your eyebrows. In general, we will recommend avoiding these activities for a few days after your appointment is complete.

Do Ombre brows fade?

Like any tattoo, your ombre brows will have a recovery period – in this case, approximately 2-3 weeks. During this time your brows may appear very pigmented and dark – don't fret! This effect will fade about 50% over the first week or so, settling into your desired color.

What to do before getting ombre brows?

1. Do not thread/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis one week before the procedure.

Can you wear makeup after ombre brows?

Ideally, you should avoid wearing makeup and follow the other aftercare instructions provided to you by your microblading technician for at least 14 days after your procedure.

When can I put makeup on my ombre brows?

Not on the brows for at least 7-10 days, but everywhere else is fine. Chemicals found in makeup and cleansers may alter the color of the pigment and affect the healing process. Please only follow what is on the aftercare hand-out given to you.

The procedure may have some peeling on or around the 3rd day. This is a NORMAL process of healing for some clients. DO NOT PICK or SCRATCH... picking/ scratching can cause scarring and loss of pigment. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off.
